What do these filters mean?

Cities are ranked according to an overall rating based on their quality of life, which is made up of 7 different factors. Choose any combination of filters to re-rank the cities. For all filters, the higher the score, the better!

Affordability: how high cost of living is in the city
Safety: crime rates and how safe people feel in the city
Healthcare: how citizens feel about their access to healthcare and its quality
Traffic flow: how easy it is to move through the city by various methods of transportation
Property affordability: how are property prices within the city
Climate: how citizens rate their city’s climate
Air quality: whether people who live there find the city to be polluted
