It might surprise you to know that the "Leaders of the Free World" - the USA - are in fact not the most "free" in the world. At least when it comes to passports. This brilliant map was originally designed by Rosie Spinks for GOOD Magazine and has been adapted by MoveHub.
This map shows you which countries have the most powerful & least powerful passports in terms of gaining visa-free access to other countries. The United Kingdom, Sweden and Finland top the list with 173 countries granting them visa-free (or visa on arrival) access. The US comes in second along with Germany, Luxembourg and Denmark with 172.Click for a larger image
UPDATE: The Taiwanese passport now grants you visa-free access to 140 (not 130) countries. You can see the full list for Taiwan here.
